Pomiran Metalization Research (PMR) is a subsidiary of Taimide Technology Group. Established on March 20, 2012, PMR was jointly developed and launched by the Taiwanese listed company "Taimide Technology" and the Japanese century-old enterprise "Arakawa Chemical". With the original wet PI metalization and semi-additive process (SAP) technologies, PMR has established a full-process roll-to-roll (RTR) production line. PMR’s main products are flex printed circuits with extreme fine lines, which are used in semiconductor packaging, AR key components, microLED carrier boards, camera modules, medical care and many other fields.

Low Carbon Dioxide Emissions

The combination of direct PI metalization with semi-additive process (SAP) greatly shortens the production process, which leads to much less energy usage, water consumption, wastewater and other harmful substances in addition to carbon dioxide emissions than the traditional subtractive process.
